Every family deserves a safe, functional home—regardless of their income. The Gift of Repair program provides no-cost home repairs to qualifying families in need. From critical plumbing and electrical fixes to weatherproofing and emergency patchwork, each project is valued between $250 and $7,000, depending on the scope. Our team prioritizes dignity, safety, and impact with every service delivered.
Emergency Water Intrusion Response
Water damage can escalate fast—and the longer it lingers, the more it costs families emotionally and financially. This rapid-response program addresses urgent cases of leaks, flooding, and mold damage. We respond quickly to mitigate damage, provide temporary relief, and coordinate lasting solutions—especially for seniors, single parents, and renters with no landlord support.
Community Empowerment Days
This initiative brings together volunteers, tradespeople, and families for hands-on service and education. From fixing leaky toilets to teaching basic home maintenance, these events empower individuals with the tools, knowledge, and support to reclaim the safety of their space. It's more than repair—it's restoration of confidence and community.
Through a generous $1800 gift certificate and the spirit of giving that defines our mission, we were honored to support this family by constructing beautiful French doors in their basement.
